Due to popular demand, we are offering this class twice!!

New gardeners learn how to manage and maintain a healthy garden in an eco-friendly way.  You will learn how to distinguish between those all-important beneficial insects vs. pests…...(hint: ladybug larvae look like tiny black and orange alligators).  Other topics include the importance of pollinators and other beneficial insects; crop rotation and intercropping to help control garden pests; how to identify diseases and weeds; and how to maximize harvests with space-saving techniques.
